• I contacted 3 garages with a query about my cambelt, requesting a quote. Only this garage responded. They advised it was a chain so didn’t need replacing, Ford advised it was a cambelt so had gone beyond recommended timeframe.
  I’m called n to speak face to face & they could not have been more accommodating. 2 men, 2 phone calls, 1 camera and no income for them, just pure customer service. Given the importance of maintaining a cambelt, I was very grateful. Looks like I don’t have to replace, but they even advised Ford were doing special deals on them themselves if I did have to.
