Ten years ago, Diana Porter, from Weston, Bath became one of the very first customers of GCS.
Background Prior to establishing GCS, owner and founder, Paul Alford, had looked after Diana's car at a Volvo dealership. Diana says: "Paul was always the mechanic that looked after my car at the dealership, and he always made a special effort to come through from the back of the garage to explain the work that had been carried out. I followed Paul to GCS as I knew that I wanted my car to be in a reliable pair of hands."
Today GCS presently services, MOT's and repairs eight cars owned by the Porter family. This includes Diana's mother, father and husband, and her two daughters and two sons-in-law.
Diana says: "I have a huge amount of respect for Paul and the GCS team. They are all reliable, totally dependable, and extremely honest. Their level of personal service is second to none. For instance, they will always pick up my car from my home and return it once the work has been completed.
Many times over the years, they have gone the extra mile for my family. More recently, they promptly sent out a mechanic when I broken down on a long journey, and they have also provided a loan car to my family when, for whatever reason, we required one.
All of our cars receive an annual service, MOT, new tyres and repairs from Paul and his team. They also provide an amazing car valeting service."
