Courtesy Cars in Bath
Most dealerships and independent garages view courtesy cars as something that is forced upon them and sometimes even a burden to their business. In contrast, at GCS we take this part of our service to the customer very seriously. We understand how important it is for our customers not to experience any disruption to their day.
We presently have a fleet of five courtesy cars all of which are available by appointment. All of our courtesy cars are small ‘economical' models such as Vauxhall Corsa's.
As an additional free service we have three full-time collection and delivery personnel so that we can offer a collection and delivery service by appointment. We are also committed to returning your car (with all work complete) by the end of the same day.
In the rare instances that we need to wait for a particular vehicle part, we will always supply a courtesy car as a replacement. Our fleet customers find this particularly useful as their employees can continue their work with little or no disruptions.
