Welcome to the Genuine Car Services (GCS) website
Since GCS was established in 1999 by Paul Alford, we have been providing motorists in Bath and across the South West with a one stop shop for all their motor service needs.
From our garage based just off the Frome road, we provide a personal and knowledgeable service to over 3,000 customers each year. Motoring services we provide includes: MOT's, Servicing, General/Body Repairs/Diagnostics, Recovery, Tyres, Courtesy Cars, Air Conditioning, Electricals, Car Wash & Valet and Car Sales.
As a member of the nationally recognised, Good Garage Scheme, our service excellence is independently monitored on an ongoing basis, and our customers are encouraged to provide regular feedback on their experiences of the GCS service. Amongst other things, we pride ourselves on our friendly and helpful advice, which is rated as five star by the Good Garage Scheme. We also score extremely highly for the standard of our repairs and overall customer satisfaction. We look after both private customers and company fleets. Our collection and delivery service ensures that in most cases, all repairs can be carried out whilst you are at work, so that your working day won't be disrupted. Local businesses that we work with include London & Country Mortgages, HDG Construction and Roberts Projects Ltd.
We are also committed to constantly improving our services to our customers. In 2008, we launched a dedicated MOT Vehicle Testing Station on the Bath Business Park. From this new base, we can undertake almost all maintenance required to ensure that your car passes its test.
In 2009, we launched our online Car Doctor service, which directly links you with GCS owner, Paul Alford. Available in the top right hand corner of our website, this personal service will allow you to ask Paul directly (by email) any concerns that you have over your vehicles performance. We hope that you find this new service useful.
